Me + My Digest Results 30 Day Challenge is in the Books!

As some of you may have seen, 30 days ago I began a challenge.  I rarely shy away from a good ole' fashioned "food" challenge; and this one was right up my alley.  Me + My Naturals Digest Results asked me to take the #Trust Your Gut Challenge and see, if after 30 days, I would have fewer problems eating foods that have given me issues in the past (apparently 89% of the population has one issue or another with their digestive system).  Summer was the PERFECT time for this, as I'm constantly eating crazy foods at parties, food festivals, and on my worldwide travels.

I took one capsule each day for 30 days and I will say that I noticed a difference almost immediately.  Even after just a couple days, I felt great and had zero stomach issues.  If I'm being perfectly honest,  I've noticed over the last year or so I was complaining about frequent stomach aches and I wasn't able to eat all the foods that I've always loved and that have never given me issues over the years. I prided myself on the fact that I had a stomach of steel and could eat ANYTHING... It's part of my job, people!  So I was so excited when I started feeling better and regained the freedom to indulge in my favorite foods, or just be able to eat normally without feeling sluggish or getting an upset stomach.  After 30 days I really am feeling great, and I've stopped complaining about any of the issues that plagued me just a month ago... which is also great news for my family and friends ;)
