Finally, something has taken over the cavernous nightclub that was Parliament. So now Chicago Ave will have a killer multi-level sports club to call its own. Bounce comes from a high end sports bar concept out of NYC, so we'll see if it can pull the same weight here in the Windy City. In New York, it's even known to draw a professional athlete crowd since it has a very exclusive vibe. I guess time will tell, however, I DO know that they will be serving chicken wings encrusted with Flaming Hot Cheetos AND Cap'n Crunch coated chicken nuggets. YUM! Also stay tuned for great cocktails, local craft beers, and enticing game day specials.
I am SO excited for Bonci. Basically I get incredibly pumped for anything that is reminiscent of Italy, and Bonci brings me right back. Granted their pizza varieties are a bit more ambitious that the standards classics you may find in Rome. But fine by me, I'm all for being adventurous! Plus they always have different varieties daily, so you'll always see something new and bold. Like the fior d'latte with anchovy, or the shrimp with potatoes and arugula. But be prepared to wait in line (like a deli) as this new West Loop addition is quite popular already.

BOKA Group can do no wrong. I've been saying it for years, and Bellmore is another foray into what will surely be dining excellence. Jimmy Papadopoulos (previously of Bohemian House) will be at the helm of this exquisite space that was previously, Embeya. They're calling it "New American Classic" yet the space is themed after a massive and fancy French Manor. This is the perfect spot for a special occasion or a date night. All I know is I've been salivating ever since I saw that Chef has created the most stunning menu item... Oyster pie. See below. It has a flaky crust, oyster custard, ossetia caviar, and a lightly smoked french kiss oyster. I. MUST. GO. NOW.
